Zwei mal habe ich meinen Eltern eine Ãbernachtung im Hotel Alpenstuben gebucht. Beide male waren Sie sehr zufrieden.
Jetzt habe ich mich selbst einmal davon überzeugt und kann die Aussage nur bestätigen.
Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, das Alpenstuben-team ist sehr freundlich und das Essen lecker. Dieses Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. GroÃes Dankeschön und Lob an das gesammte Team!

My wife and I had to travel to germany for a family matter and did not have time to make reservations in this beautiful area. The owner and all of the staff were so gracious to us for the 3 days we were there. The food was excellant and the service was perfect. During our stay there we were able to spend so time talking with the owner and many of the staff members and found them all very knowledgeable of the area and helped us make our stay memorable. I highly recommend Alpenstuben to anyone. This family run inn makes the journey to Bavaria a wonderful treat.

i stayed at the Hotel for one night on 7th June 2010. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even to the point that I managed to spend the evening chatting and sharing a drink with the owners, who are absolutely charming and speak perfect English. The hotel is a wonderful mix of modern facilities with traditional Bavarian features, including the complete Fraulein costume for serving breakfast. i stayed in room 23 which is a double with shower and balcony looking up to the Castle, which is magical at all times but a real delight when lit up at night.
My family and I will be returning to this hotel at the first opportunity next year. 100% recommended x

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Hotel Alpenstuben as we first met in this area and thought it would be nice to go back to our old stomping ground. Prior to arrival we had several emails with Barbara to help organise dates, prices and rooms, Barbara was very helpful and prompt in replying. On arrival the reception process was quick and easy, as far as we could tell all the staff could speak english (and other languages). We had romantic room A, this was a lovely clean room with a balcony and an en suite shower room with a double shower! This was at the rear of the hotel and on the top floor so if you looked over the roof you had a nice view of castle Neuschwanstein. The staff made our stay (5 nights) very special, on the morning of our anniversary we were given a glass of champagne and had a toast with all the staff on duty that day, it was a very nice gesture and came as a total suprise to us both. The staff were so friendly and helpful, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact we are planning to return in the winter to have a skiing break. A big thanks to all the staff at Alpenstuben you made our special time memorable.

Our stay the week before Easter was wonderful. Our family had plenty of space and a clean & quiet room. Most important, the owners & staff were very inviting and friendly. The owners provided an orientation of how to get discounts and avoid the lines to purchase tickets (arrive at 8am opening). They had handouts helpful for the castle and to walk nearby. Even more, the food was outstanding and the dunkel bier was habit forming. Tied with with closest hotel to the castles, what more could one hope for. Great value, we'll return to enjoy the autumn weather some day.

We were there only two nights in early october. all the staff was very kind and childfriendly. The room was beautiful and very clean.
The position is strategic near the ticket office.
We will certainly return to this hotel when come next time to this area.
