Withdrawal policy for shop orders

Consumers have the right to withdraw from shop purchase contracts within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last goods are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us, Alpenstuben GmbH & Co. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

You may also submit the withdrawal electronically via /en/widerruf.html. If you use this option, we will confirm receipt on a durable medium, for example by email. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs for the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any loss in value only if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised, to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to perishable goods. Accommodation, restaurant or leisure services for a specific date or period are generally not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal; the cancellation terms shown or confirmed at booking apply.
